General Terms and Conditions – Extract

1. Services: HomeTreu offers personalized property management for owners of absentee premium properties as part of a club membership.

2. Conclusion of contract: The contract is concluded through written or electronic confirmation of club membership by HomeTreu.

3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain complete confidentiality in accordance with a separate NDA.

4. Liability: HomeTreu is liable within the scope of statutory provisions, but not for force majeure or third-party negligence (e.g., service providers).

5. Payment: Monthly or annual dues according to the selected membership. Special services subject to separate agreement.

6. Termination: Monthly termination with 14 days' notice to the end of the month (except for annual discounts).

Right of withdrawal

Since no direct purchase contract is concluded on this website and only a non-binding inquiry is made, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under distance selling law. Membership is only established after personal contact and individual agreement.
